4. Transfer to the place where you work and continue to be paid by the company. If you apply for a job in other cities, you can go through the social security transfer procedures, and the company will continue to pay;

5. Surrender, because the social security account is divided into individual account and overall account, that is, the part that you personally pay each month belongs to your own account, and the part that the unit pays you belongs to the overall account, so if you surrender, the money in your personal account will be returned to you (8%), and the money in the overall account belongs to the state, which is not cost-effective.
