Ganzhou social security inquiry disabled people without units how to apply for sick leave

1, independent participation in social insurance (including individual businessmen without employees, flexible employment, urban and rural residents) can not apply for early (sick) retirement (rest);

2, according to the provisions of Article 1 of the document (Guo Fa [1978] No. 104): the workers of the nationally owned enterprises, institutions and party and government organs, mass organizations, in line with one of the following conditions, should be retired:

(3) Men who have reached the age of fifty and women who have reached the age of forty-five, with ten years of continuous service, certified by a hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee that they are totally incapacitated;

(4) Those who have been disabled at work, certified by a hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee that they are totally incapacitated.

3. According to Article 5 of the document:

(1) Workers who do not have the conditions for retirement, certified by a hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee that they are totally incapacitated for labor should be retired from their jobs;

(2) Upon retirement from their jobs, they shall be given a monthly allowance for living expenses equal to forty percent of their standard salary, or twenty dollars if it is less than twenty dollars.
