Wenzhou Children's Comprehensive Social Security Card

Wenzhou's social security card can't be used in Shanghai Changhai Hospital at present, because there is no national overall plan for medical insurance, and the medical insurance card can't be used nationwide, but you can refer to hospitals at or above the county level, then go to Changhai Hospital for medical treatment, and then go to the local social security department for reimbursement after discharge.
