Social security transfer refers to the process of transferring the pension insurance relationship for participants who are employed across the integrated region. Social security transfer needs to go through three processes, the participant can simply apply, the rest of the work will be carried out by the two social security departments to dock transfer.

Conditions

Transfer across the province (transfer out):

The person who has been suspended and does not owe the yearly social insurance premiums.

Transfer across provinces:

1. People who have registered for insurance in Nanning City

2. Non-Guangxi household members who are less than 50 years old for men and less than 40 years old for women.

Processing materials

Transferring across provinces:

Holding the Contact Letter for Transferring and Continuing Basic Pension Insurance Relationships and the Contact Letter for Transferring and Continuing Basic Medical Insurance Relationships.

Transferring across provinces:

1. According to the type of insurance to be transferred, the insured person should fill in the Application Form for Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationship or the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Medical Insurance Relationship.

2. The original and a copy of ID card.

3. Holding the "Basic Pension Insurance Participation and Payment Certificate" or "Participation (Cooperation) Certificate" issued by the social security agency of the original place of participation.

4. Entrusted by others on behalf of the person, issued by the participant's power of attorney 1 (the power of attorney must be signed by the person and fingerprints, and indicate the name and ID number of the principal and trustee, entrusted to handle the subject matter); trustee, the principal's ID card original and a copy of each.

Process

Transfer across provinces:

(1) The insured person submits the materials as specified above, and the Bureau mails the "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer Information Sheet" and "Participant Medical Insurance Type Change Information Sheet" to the other social security agency within 15 working days, and transfers the transfer fund.

(2) When the staff examines the materials, those that meet the conditions will be accepted, and those that do not meet the conditions will be informed at once of the inadmissibility or the relevant materials required to be supplemented.

Inter-provincial transfer (transfer):

(1) The insured person submits the materials specified above, and the Bureau issues the "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships" or "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Medical Insurance Relationships" to the original place of insurance within 15 working days;

(2) The social security agency in the original place of insurance receives the "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships" or "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Medical Insurance Relationships" from the Bureau;

(2) The original place of insurance receives the "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Pension Insurance Relationships" or "Contact Letter for the Transfer of Basic Medical Insurance Relationships" from the Bureau. The social security agency of the original insured place receives the "Contact Letter for Transferring and Continuing the Basic Pension Insurance Relationship" or the "Contact Letter for Transferring and Continuing the Basic Medical Insurance Relationship" from the Bureau, mails the "Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuing Information Sheet" and "Information Sheet for Changing the Type of Medical Insurance of the Insured Person" to the Bureau, and transfers the transfer fund.

(3) The transfer of the basic pension insurance relationship and the basic medical insurance relationship of the insured will be completed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the Basic Pension Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation Information Form, the Change of the Type of Medical Insurance of the Insured, and the transfer of the fund.

(4) In the staff review of materials, eligible to be accepted, do not meet the conditions of a one-time notice of inadmissibility or require additional relevant materials.
