The employees of the insured units take the average monthly salary of the previous year declared by the unit as the payment base. If the salary base is between 3832 yuan/month and 19 160 yuan/month, it will still be implemented according to the salary base; Less than 3832 yuan/month, according to 3832 yuan/month; If it is higher than 19 160 yuan/month, it shall be implemented according to 19 160 yuan/month. If the difference has been settled in batches or at one time, it shall be settled in batches or at one time; If the batch settlement is not handled, the new standard will be uniformly implemented from June 65438+February, and the difference between June 1- 1 1 will be charged at one time.
