Lhasa social security payment standards are as follows:

1, endowment insurance:

(1) Urban employees: 20% paid by the unit and 8% paid by the individual;

(2) The former registered employees in Quanbao City: the unit pays 12%, and the individual pays 8%;

(3) Non-Chengdu rural household registration personnel: the unit pays 12%, and the individual pays 8%.

2. Medical insurance:

(1) Urban employees: 6.5% paid by the unit and 2% paid by the individual;

(2) Employees with original household registration in this city pay 6.5%, and individuals pay 2%;

(3) Non-Chengdu rural household registration personnel: the unit pays 2.5%, and the individual does not pay.

3. Maternity insurance. Units pay 0.6%, and individuals do not pay;

4. Unemployment insurance. The unit pays 2% and the individual pays1%;

5. Work injury insurance. 0.6% for Class I industry, 1.2% for Class II industry and 2% for Class III industry.

Legal basis: Article 12 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund.

Employees shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium in accordance with the proportion of wages stipulated by the state and record it in their personal accounts.

Article 23

Employees should participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and employers and employees should jointly pay the basic medical insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic medical insurance for employees and other flexible employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.
