The minimum standard of social insurance payment base in Tianjin is 4,400 yuan, and the maximum standard is 22,434 yuan. The payment ratio of social insurance for employees of enterprises in Tianjin is as follows:

1. Endowment insurance: the company pays 16% and the individual pays 8%;
