Does Ningbo's purchase restriction card need to pay social security for 24 months?

(1) Non-local resident families who have no houses in the administrative areas of Haishu District, Jiangbei District and Yinzhou District of Ningbo, and have paid social security or personal income tax (including zero declaration) 12 months or more in this city within two years before the date of purchase, and obtained written proof, are temporarily restricted from purchasing 1 house in the restricted area.

(2) Non-local registered families who have no houses in the administrative areas of Haishu District, Jiangbei District and Yinzhou District of Ningbo City, and have paid social insurance 1 suite in this city for more than two months from the date of purchase, and obtained written certificates, will temporarily purchase1suite in the restricted purchase area.

2. Local people:

Families with Ningbo household registration who already own 1 apartment in the administrative areas of Haishu District, Jiangbei District and Yinzhou District are temporarily restricted from purchasing 1 apartment in the restricted purchase area.

Residents and families registered in Ningbo include:

(a) the household registration in this city refers to the family whose members are all or part of the household registration in this city.

(2) Ningbo household registration personnel.

(3) If a registered permanent resident in Ningbo moves out of the local area because of studying, buys a house in a restricted area during his study, and can provide proof that his registered permanent residence will move out of the local area because of studying, he shall be regarded as a registered permanent resident in this city.

(4) Servicemen stationed in Nanjing shall be regarded as registered residents of this city after providing valid identity certificates and relevant household registration certificates issued by units at or above the regimental level.

5] Ningbo registered personnel who perform military service in other places shall be regarded as registered residents of this city after providing relevant certificates.

[6] Foreign students studying in Ningbo are regarded as registered residents of this city if they can provide the household registration certificate of the place where they study.
