What can be exempted from unemployment training

The following cases can be exempted from unemployment training:

1. re-employment;

2. conscription for military service;

3. moving abroad;

4. receiving basic old-age pension insurance;

5. without justifiable reasons.

Refusal to accept the appropriate work or training provided by the designated department or organization of the local people's government. If it is other learn skills of free vocational skills training, it is voluntary to participate. May not go.

To receive unemployment benefits need to have the following conditions:

(1) participate in unemployment insurance for more than 1 year;

The process of unemployment insurance benefits:

1. The insured unit will issue two copies of the Certificate of Termination of Labor Relations, one copy to the Unemployment Insurance Center, and one copy to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee of the Bureau of Labor Security for record.

2. The Unemployment Insurance Center conducts a strict investigation and verification of the situation with the Certificate of Termination of Labor Relations issued by the insured unit (the unemployed person brings along with him the labor contract signed with the unit), and issues two copies of Unemployment Insurance Claims Registration Forms and one copy of Unemployment Job Seeking Registration Form if it is confirmed to be correct.

3. The unemployed person should fill in all the columns on the front side of the Unemployment Insurance Claims Registration Form, and on the back side of the form, please go to the birth control acceptance unit in the place where your hukou is located to have the birth control acceptance unit stamped. Please fill in the Registration Form for Job Hunting carefully.

Note: If you have a household in the city, please go to the birth control office of the street where your household is located to have your seal stamped; if you have a household in the countryside, please go to the birth control office of the township where your household is located to have your seal stamped. The seal of the Family Planning Office of the resident councilor, village councilor and community are not eligible.

4. Pay three one-inch color photos and a copy of the unemployed person's ID card. Workers who meet the above conditions can go to the district labor security department of their domicile or temporary residence to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

Unemployment Insurance Regulations

Article 14: Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions may receive unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) Those who have participated in unemployment insurance in accordance with the regulations, and whose employer and themselves have fulfilled the obligation to pay contributions for one year in accordance with the regulations; (2) Those whose employment was interrupted other than because of their own will;

(2) Those whose employment was interrupted other than because of their own will; and (ii) If the employment is interrupted not because of one's own will;

(iii) If one has registered as unemployed and has a request for job-seeking. During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed shall enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits at the same time in accordance with the regulations.
