How does Nanning Social Security Card handle medical reimbursement in different places?

Nanning basic medical insurance and retirees belong to the following situations:

(1) Resettlement of retirees in different places (referring to the insured retirees who have left the insurance co-ordination area for a long time, lived in different places across provinces or regions, and obtained the residence registration according to the household registration management regulations);

(two) long-term residents in different places (refers to long-term cross-regional residents living in different places, urban and rural residents basic medical insurance, retirees);

(three) resident personnel in different places (referring to the insured personnel of basic medical insurance for on-the-job employees who live in different places for a long time across the overall planning area);

If you live or work outside the overall planning area for more than 3 months and need medical treatment at your place of residence or work, you can choose 3 designated medical institutions for basic medical insurance as medical institutions at your place of residence or work, and go through the registration formalities at the social insurance agency according to the regulations.

Treatment process

(1) The insured shall provide the following documents:

1. Retirees and long-term residents in different places who belong to the basic medical insurance for employees, elderly people who belong to the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents and children who live with their parents shall be certified by the neighborhood committee (village committee) of their long-term residence;

2 migrant workers to provide one of the following materials:

(1) certificate of going out to work issued by the village committee;

(2) proof of work unit;

(3) residence permit for the workplace;

(4) certification materials issued by the neighborhood Committee (village Committee) of the place of residence;

3 in the field of internship (trainee) insured students, proof materials issued by the school;

4. Unemployed family members of fixed employees in different places and laborers dispatched with enterprises living in different places shall be certified by their units.

(2) Insured persons who meet the above-mentioned conditions for off-site filing and have complete materials can apply to their social security agencies or download the Registration Form for Off-site Medical Treatment in Nanning (in duplicate) on the website of Nanning Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (website), fill in the basic information and three designated medical institutions for filing as required, and submit the Off-site Filing Form and relevant supporting materials to the local social security agencies;

(three) social security agencies to review the materials submitted by the applicant, according to the provisions of the registration procedures, and the insured off-site filing information uploaded to the autonomous region off-site medical settlement platform, the opening of direct settlement;

(four) after the insured person returns to the insured place, he shall promptly change or cancel the record with the social insurance institution.

Matters needing attention

(a) the insured can choose 3 designated medical institutions in their place of residence or work. If they want to see a doctor or be hospitalized due to illness, they should go to the selected hospital for treatment;

(II) The insured persons who have been put on record seek medical treatment in Guangxi or areas where medical expenses have been settled in different provinces, and directly settle related medical expenses with social security cards. If the medical expenses in different places have been directly settled at the place of medical treatment, it shall be deemed as agreeing to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits according to the relevant provisions on direct settlement of medical treatment in different places; If the advance payment is audited and settled by the handling agency, it shall be deemed as agreeing to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits according to the policy of the insured place. Once settled, the fee will not be refunded, and other settlement methods will be selected separately;

(3) The insured is prevented from enjoying medical insurance benefits in the overall planning area during his residence in a different place.

Handling place

City level employees, retirees and urban residents apply for medical insurance benefits to the Municipal Social Security Bureau; City level rural residents to urban social security agencies; Workers, retirees and urban and rural residents in counties (including Wuming District) shall go to the social security agencies in their respective counties (including Wuming District) for handling.
