(1) Maternity insurance pregnancy registration

1, time limit for registration:

Maternity pregnancy registration is the premise to determine the eligibility for maternity insurance benefits. Female employees who hold the Maternity Service Certificate of this Municipality shall go to the online pregnancy registration hospital of this Municipality for online maternity insurance pregnancy registration within 12 weeks after pregnancy. After registration, the prenatal examination fee can be settled by social security card.

Insured employees who are unable to register for pregnancy in online designated hospitals due to personal insurance information discrepancy, abnormal payment or holding a Maternity Service Certificate issued by a non-local city must register for pregnancy at the social security sub-center of the Development Zone within 10 week after pregnancy, and issue a pregnancy diagnosis certificate at a local designated medical institution within 10 day after the designated medical institution of maternity insurance in this city issues a pregnancy diagnosis certificate.

Family planning pregnancy registration can be handled by the social security card in the designated medical institutions of maternity insurance outpatient outlets. After registration, the abortion fee can be settled online. If it cannot be handled in the hospital for various reasons, the relevant materials shall be submitted to the Social Security Sub-center of the Development Zone for family planning pregnancy registration before the operation, and the abortion fee arising from not handling the pregnancy registration shall not be paid by the maternity insurance fund.

2, the insured information needed for pregnancy registration in the hospital network:

(1) Original second-generation resident identity cards of the insured husband and wife;

(2) The original "Birth Service Certificate" issued by the family planning departments of towns and districts in this Municipality;

(3) The social security card or medical insurance card of the insured.

3, the insured in the Development Zone Social Security Sub-center for pregnancy registration materials:

(1) The original and photocopy of the social security card or medical insurance certificate of the insured;

(2) Original Diagnostic Certificate (stamped with the special seal for diagnosis certificate and maternity insurance);

(3) pregnancy test sheet or B-ultrasound test sheet

In case of spontaneous abortion within the period of pregnancy registration, and without obtaining the birth certificate, the family planning office of the street where you live now shall issue the birth insurance marriage certificate, which can replace the birth certificate and allow pregnancy registration.

(4) Registration of medical treatment in different places

1, medical treatment in different places shall meet the following conditions:

(a) the husband and wife have no relatives in Tianjin and need to go back to their original places to give birth;

② Being stationed in a different place for a long time due to work reasons;

③ Retirees resettled in different places.

2. Selection requirements of different hospitals:

If you return to your place of origin, you should choose a local designated medical institution with maternity (or medical) insurance above the second level (except private hospitals);

Long-term personnel stationed in different places and retirees resettled in different places can choose designated maternity insurance hospitals at the first and second levels or medical insurance hospitals with midwifery skills and family planning technical service qualifications as their local designated maternity insurance hospitals. The maternity hospital of the insured person should choose a designated hospital above the second level.

3. Time limit requirements for registration

Insured persons who give birth in different places should first go to different places for medical records, and then return to their original places to wait for delivery. Insured persons who have been stationed in different places for a long time and retirees who have been resettled in different places should go to different places for medical treatment for the record in the first month of insurance or before being stationed in different places.

4. Materials required for medical record registration in different places:

(1) The employer of both husband and wife issues a certificate that they are not related to each other in Tianjin (giving birth in a different place) or a long-term assignment certificate issued by the employer of the insured (being stationed in a different place for a long time);

(2) Summary of Tianjin Maternity Insurance for Employees in Different Places (No.6) (official seal of the unit is required), in duplicate;

(3) Tianjin Maternity Insurance Registration Form for Medical Treatment in Different Places (Deng Zi No.7) (stamped with local hospital medical insurance seal, local social security seal and official seal of the unit), in duplicate.
