How many years can Beijing pay social security to buy a house?

According to official website's inquiry, the Beijing Municipal People's Government has restricted the purchase of houses for non-Beijing families who have paid social insurance or personal income tax for five consecutive years (inclusive). There is no age limit for buying a house in Beijing. The standard for paying social insurance in Beijing for five consecutive years is: from the last month of the month when the house purchase qualification review is submitted, the social insurance (endowment insurance) will be paid continuously in Beijing for 60 months, and the application month must be in a normal state of participation.
