5. When the fund arrives at the account, the social security office of the transferring place will continue the pension insurance and medical insurance relationship and personal account with the information form, and notify the employer or the person of the completion of the process. At this point, the entire relationship transfer procedures are completed.

Article 4: Before a participant moves across the integrated region, the participant or his employer should go to the local office of the basic medical insurance relationship to apply for suspension of the insurance procedures, and provide his resident identification card and other relevant documents in accordance with the regulations, and apply for issuance of the certificate of participation (co-insurance). The agency in the place of transfer shall verify the number of years of contribution and the contribution status of the participant in the local area, account for the funds in the individual account, and generate and issue the participation (co-operation) vouchers; and for the participant with arrears of contributions, inform the situation of arrears of contributions and remind him/her to make up for the contributions in a timely manner.
The local office of the transferring place should keep the information of his/her participation in the insurance program for verification. If a participant loses his/her participation certificate, the organization in the place of transfer shall replace it.
Article 5: After being employed across the integrated regions, the insured shall participate in the basic medical insurance of the place of transfer in accordance with the regulations. The insured person or his new employer shall apply for transfer to the transferring organization and provide the proof of participation, fill in the "Application Form for Transferring and Continuing the Basic Medical Insurance Relationship", and provide the resident's identity card and other relevant documents according to the regulations.
