How to handle social security in Nanjing

First, how to handle social security?

1. Social security is handled as follows:

(1) When participating in insurance, the parties concerned should bring their ID cards, household registration books, residence permits, academic certificates, labor contracts and other documents and materials;

(2) After the relevant personnel of the employer participate in the insurance, I hold my ID card to the local social security department to get the social security card.

2. Legal basis: Article 10 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

Employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium.
