How to pay social security when hanging a company?

Legal analysis: Step 1: declare and fill in the form. The manager of the insured unit applies to the window of the local social security bureau with relevant materials, and submits the completed and stamped Application Form for Employees to Participate in Social Insurance (new unit) and the Social Insurance Personnel Increase Form to the staff of the unit and individual window. If the application materials are complete and in line with the policy, it shall be accepted. If the application materials are incomplete and do not meet the policy requirements, the window staff will inform the materials that need to be corrected at one time.

Step 2: After the data entry is officially accepted, the window staff will enter the above table data into the computer to generate information about the unit and the insured; Step 3: The agent of the billing unit pays the relevant social insurance premium at the cashier and cash charge window with the printed payment slip (this procedure is not required if the application bank does not collect and pay on behalf of it); Step 4: The unit manager who issued the social security registration certificate goes to the social insurance registration certificate window to handle and receive the social insurance registration certificate.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
