Within 30 days after receiving the Business License or being approved for establishment, a newly insured unit must, according to law, register for social insurance and declare contributions

Processing procedure

First, go to the local tax department to register for contributions, and then go to the social security agency of each district corresponding to the place of registration of the local tax to register for the insurance within 30 days from the next day to record data (such as bank information required for entitlement issuance, operator information, etc.) which have not been captured by the local tax department. The data not collected by the local tax department (e.g., bank information required for the issuance of benefits, operator, etc.) will be entered.

Required materials

1, fill out the "social insurance registration form" (in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of the unit);

2, "account opening license" or by the bank seal confirmation of the unit's account opening certificates and photocopies (photocopies need to be stamped with the official seal and indicate "consistent with the original").
