I have paid social security in many places. Where can I retire?

The principle of receiving old-age insurance benefits: the place of residence is the first, the second and the last.

If the insured person's insured place is consistent with the household registration place, the place where the treatment is received is the household registration place, that is, the insured place receives the pension;

If the domicile of the insured person is inconsistent with the insured place, the place where the pension is received shall be determined according to the insured person's payment period 10 year;

If the insured person has more than one place where the payment has reached 10 year, the pension receiving place shall be determined according to the last place where the payment has reached 10 year;

If the insured has paid less than 10 years in various places, the insured's pension relationship and related funds will be transferred back to the domicile, and the pension will be paid by the domicile.

Scrapping process:

The employee himself applies to the unit for retirement;

The employer will report the employee's original files and other information to the social security agency of the insured place;

Social security agencies review the information and approve retirement if they meet the requirements.
