The establishment and responsibilities of social insurance fund handling institutions and social insurance fund supervision institutions shall be prescribed by law.

No organization or individual may misappropriate social insurance funds. "

2. Article 8 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): "Social insurance agencies provide social insurance services and are responsible for social insurance registration, personal rights and interests records, social insurance benefits payment, etc."

3 "Interim Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees" Article 6 "Social insurance fees shall be collected in a centralized and unified manner. 5. 6. 7. Paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance in Zhengzhou "The institutions that undertake unemployment insurance business under the administrative department of labor security (hereinafter referred to as unemployment insurance agencies) undertake unemployment insurance work in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations."

8. Article 4 of the Regulations on Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees in Zhengzhou: "The municipal and county (city, district) labor and social security administrative departments are the administrative departments in charge of basic old-age insurance within their respective administrative areas, and the basic old-age insurance agencies for enterprise employees to which they belong (hereinafter referred to as the basic old-age insurance agencies) undertake basic old-age insurance affairs according to the prescribed authority."

9. Article 3 of the Measures of Zhengzhou Municipality on Maternity Insurance for Employees "The administrative department of human resources and social security is in charge of maternity insurance, and the medical insurance agency specifically handles maternity insurance business."
