1, Application Form for Initial Registration of Secondary Construction Engineer;

2. Original and photocopy of qualification certificate, academic certificate and ID card;

3. The original and photocopy of the labor contract signed by the applicant and the employing enterprise or the certificate of labor, personnel and salary relationship issued by the applicant's employing enterprise;

4. If the initial registration is overdue, the original and photocopy of the certification materials that meet the requirements of continuing education shall be provided;

5. If the enterprise at the time of examination registration is inconsistent with the enterprise at the time of registration, the original and photocopy of the dismissal certificate issued by the examination registration enterprise shall be provided.
