Can I still get unemployment benefits after six years of suspension of social security?

Legal analysis: social security payment is stopped, and those who meet the conditions for receiving can receive unemployment insurance benefits normally. Before unemployment, if the accumulated payment time of the employer and the unemployed person is less than 5 years 1 year, the longest period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 12 months.

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance: Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions may receive unemployment insurance benefits:

(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;
