Survivors have social security can still receive survivor's benefits

Survivor's benefits, which are paid to immediate dependents, can't continue to be paid after receiving a pension and losing the condition of support. Third, the subsidy object, refers to the following immediate and other relatives relying on the deceased to provide for their support during their lifetime.

1. The father (including those who raised the deceased) or the husband has reached the age of sixty, or is basically incapacitated for work;

2. The mother (including those who raised the deceased) or the wife has reached the age of fifty, or is basically incapacitated for work;

3. The children (including those who were left behind or were adopted, or were born to the ex-wife or the ex-husband) have reached the age of less than sixteen, or are still in general secondary school when they reach sixteen.

4. Siblings (including half-siblings or half-siblings) who are under sixteen years old, or who have reached the age of sixteen and are still studying in general secondary schools, or who are basically incapable of labor.
