Can you still collect unemployment benefits if you pay flexible employment social security?

You can't collect unemployment benefits by paying flexible employment social security.

Flexible employment can only pay basic pension insurance and basic medical insurance, can not pay unemployment insurance. So they cannot collect unemployment benefits.

According to the law, the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits are as follows:

1. The employer and the person himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before becoming unemployed.

2. If the employment is interrupted not because of one's own will.

An unemployed person shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Fund if he meets the following conditions:
