Flexible employment can only pay basic pension insurance and basic medical insurance, can not pay unemployment insurance. So they cannot collect unemployment benefits.
According to the law, the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits are as follows:
1. The employer and the person himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before becoming unemployed.

The standard of unemployment insurance benefits shall be determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and shall not be lower than the standard of minimum subsistence guarantee for urban residents.

(1) Bring the original and copy of my household register (or proof of household register of the public security organs);
