Nanjing Flexible Employee 4050 Policy

The so-called 4050 refers to a group of people within a specific age (women aged 16-50, men aged 16-60) who have difficulty in finding employment. For this group of people, the government will give certain subsidies, and social security subsidies are one of them.

4050 social security subsidies include the following categories:

(a) older unemployed: refers to women over 35 years old, men over 40 years old.

1. 4050 unemployed people enjoy old age, unemployment and industrial injury insurance subsidies. 2. 4050 people should pay 50% of the basic medical insurance premiums and major illnesses medical benefits to receive medical insurance subsidies (the rest of which is borne by the individual).
