This view is wrong. The social insurance agency refers to the local social fund management center. The center was originally an administrative institution under the local labor and social security bureau or local social security bureau rather than an administrative organ, but it obtained some administrative functions under the authorization of laws and regulations. If the social insurance agency refers to the social insurance bureau, then the social administrative security department cannot or does not need to order the agency to correct its illegal behavior.
