Social security can be transferred in different places, and there are five kinds of social security. If it is transferred, it will involve the transfer of five types of insurance.

The Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Employees in Urban Enterprises stipulates that the old-age insurance adopts the "double transfer" mode, and the transfer procedures are as follows:

First, bring the insured's ID card, proof of termination of labor relations, household registration book and other relevant supporting materials to the local social security agency to print the "Basic Endowment Insurance Payment Certificate";

The second is to bring all these procedures, fill in the transfer application form, and apply for transfer to the social security agency at the transfer place. After that, other matters need not be taken care of, and the social security department of the new and old insured places will handle the transfer. As long as it is approved, the insured will receive a notice from the social security department and complete the transfer within 45 working days.

2. The medical insurance account can be transferred with people.

According to the Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Relationship of Basic Medical Insurance for Migrant Workers issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, migrant workers can transfer their medical insurance relationship when they are employed across provinces, and their personal accounts can follow the transfer from July 20 1 year.

According to the Interim Measures, employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for local urban employees when they leave their jobs in new urban areas. The social security agency in the new place of employment informs the social security agency in the original place of employment to handle the transfer formalities. Employees no longer enjoy basic medical insurance benefits in their original places of employment. The original place of employment shall issue an insurance certificate for future reference, and the insurance formalities shall be suspended. At the same time, the balance of personal account is transferred through insurance institutions, that is to say, as long as you provide enough true information when you buy medical insurance in your new work unit, you don't need to worry about the transfer of any medical insurance relationship.

3. Work injury and maternity insurance

These two types of insurance belong to "current payment and current enjoyment", and there is no transfer problem.

4. Unemployment insurance transfer

The Regulations on Unemployment Insurance stipulates that if urban enterprises and institutions move across co-ordination areas and unemployed people move across co-ordination areas, the unemployment insurance relationship will change accordingly. If it is really necessary to go through the formalities, employees who move in this province or go to other provinces shall accept the unemployment insurance business agency of the original unit to handle the formalities for the transfer of unemployment insurance relations. The agency shall issue the employee's insurance and payment certificate, and the employee can continue to maintain the unemployment insurance relationship with the unemployment insurance agency in the region without transferring funds.

Unemployed persons who flow in the province during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be certified by the institution where they move out. Unemployed persons shall hold the unemployment insurance certificate and the Employee Unemployment Insurance Manual to the agency where they move in to continue to maintain the unemployment insurance relationship, and receive unemployment insurance benefits according to the standards of the place where they move in, and may not transfer funds. If the unemployed flow across provinces, the intermediary agency in the place of emigration shall issue a certificate to transfer the required funds. Unemployed persons shall continue to maintain the unemployment insurance relationship in the agency where they move in with proof and fund transfer procedures.

5. The purchase of provident fund in different places can only be withdrawn at one time.
