What should I do if I brush my work-related injury medical insurance card? Can I return it?
If the medical insurance card is swiped during the work-related injury, the employer shall bear the responsibility and compensate the medical expenses of the injured workers in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 54 of the Labor and Social Security Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the employer shall reimburse the paid medical expenses to the social insurance fund in accordance with legal procedures. Under normal circumstances, work-related injuries cannot be reimbursed even if they are covered by medical insurance. Because work-related injuries cannot be reimbursed by the medical insurance fund, they can only be paid in advance by themselves, and then they can be reimbursed at the work-related injury window of the Social Security Bureau with the invoice list and appraisal certificate.
Work-related injuries refer to occupational injuries, work-related injuries and work-related injuries, which are accidental injuries and/or occupational diseases caused by unfavorable factors when workers engage in work activities or work-related activities.
