1. Go to the social security agency in person. Bring the household registration book and ID card to the social security agency where the household registration is located to register and get the social security card. Insured personnel need to open a special passbook in a commercial bank and sign a withholding agreement with the bank.

2. Pay online. Pay through third-party payment platforms such as WeChat or Alipay. On the corresponding service page, select the payment option of urban and rural residents' endowment insurance, enter personal information for verification, and then select the payment grade to complete the payment.

3. Collected by local neighborhood committees. If the local area does not support online payment, it can be paid through the local neighborhood Committee. The neighborhood Committee will announce the payment notice and collect the insurance premium on its behalf.

4. Online service platform payment. Log in to the local social security online service platform or related APP for online registration and payment. You need to fill in personal information according to the prompts and upload the required materials.
