I. Payment Process:

1. For those who are insured for the first time, provide their social security card (or ID card, which is not needed for children) and the original and photocopy of the household registration book. Among them, children who are not registered in cities and towns must also provide proof of their relationship with their parents who participate in medical insurance for urban workers.

2. 18 urban registered students and non-urban registered students studying in urban primary and secondary schools are required to provide proof of their school status when going through the formalities of children's medical insurance (continuation).

3. Non-urban registered children whose parents' original insured employees' medical insurance has stopped, and their school registration information cannot be shared and obtained, and need to re-examine their eligibility for insurance, they should provide proof of their relationship with their parents' new insured employees' medical insurance in cities and towns and proof of their school registration in urban primary and secondary schools.

4. Persons who meet the exemption conditions shall provide the original and photocopy of relevant exemption certificates in addition to the valid certificates mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

If the above certificates and certification information can be obtained through data sharing, the insured person does not need to provide corresponding certificates and certification materials when going through the qualification examination procedures.

Second, the payment policy:

1. Centralized collection. September 1 day in 2022 to March 3 1 day in 2023 is the payment period of residents' medical insurance.
