The contributing unit should bring the "Hefei City Social Insurance Registration Form" and "Employee Social Insurance Roster" (with the official seal of the unit) audited by the local tax authorities in duplicate, and the "Employee Registration Roster" filed for the record to the Registration Section of the Municipal Social Insurance Collection Center to apply for the registration of social insurance participation. 3. When a new insured unit applies for social insurance registration, if the hired personnel have not been registered at the employment service management organization, it can bring the "Registration Roster of Recruited Personnel for Filing", the "Registration Form of Recruited Personnel" (paper and electronic form) and the "Employment Contract" to the Registration Section of the Municipal Social Insurance Collection Center to apply for the registration of recruited personnel at the same time.
