1. The company applies for opening social security as follows:

(1) The company carries the original industrial and commercial business license, unified organization code certificate, original and photocopy of local tax registration certificate and other required supporting materials;

(2) Go through the insurance account opening formalities with the social security agency in the jurisdiction where the local tax relationship is located;

(3) Review the data, and go through the new insurance registration procedures if they meet the requirements.

2. Legal basis: Article 12 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund.
