Is it a fresh student if you don't pay social security after graduation

I'm still a fresh graduate, and I haven't paid social security, but I only keep my status as a fresh graduate for two years.

The activation of social security card is to sign a withholding agreement, and the status of fresh graduates is to look at the contract and social security, which are not directly related.

The identity of fresh graduates is related to paying social security. If you don't pay social security, even if you activate the social security card, it doesn't mean you pay social security.

The definition of fresh graduates in the civil service recruitment examination of the central organs and their directly affiliated institutions: graduates who leave school and have not worked during the employment period (the employment period is stipulated by the state to be two years, and in some places it is extended to three years) are also treated as fresh graduates.

The national definition of fresh graduates:

1, I am about to graduate, but I haven't got my diploma yet, or I have stopped studying and am in an internship state.

2. Get a diploma, but the time limit for getting a diploma does not exceed the employment years (more than previous students).

3, college graduates, refers to the graduates (doctoral graduates, master graduates, undergraduate graduates).

4, ordinary college graduates, refers to the full-time higher education by the unified enrollment of students who graduated in the same year. To put it simply, those who have not transferred their files to employment units within two years (or three years in some places) after graduation belong to fresh graduates. Whether you take the national examination or choose employment, you have the status of fresh graduates and enjoy the treatment of fresh graduates. It has nothing to do with whether to apply for a social security card.

What is social security?

Social security is the most important part of the social security system. A social and economic system that provides income or compensation for people who are unable to work, temporarily unemployed or suffer losses due to health reasons. The main items of social insurance include endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance. The social insurance plan is organized by the government, forcing a certain group to use part of its income as social insurance tax to form a social insurance fund. Under certain conditions, the insured can get fixed income or loss compensation from the fund. It is a redistribution system, and its goal is to ensure the reproduction of material and labor and social stability.
