How to pay personal social security in Beijing

There are three ways to buy social security in Beijing. The first way is to join the work and become an employee of the company, and the employer pays social security to the employees. I. Employee insurance:

1. According to Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the employing unit shall register social insurance for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. That is, the time limit for the company to purchase social security for new employees is 30 days.

2. Based on this provision, considering that the Social Security Bureau can generally operate the social security system before 15, the deadline for all companies to pay social security for new employees is basically before 15, that is, those who join before 15 can pay social security in the current month, and those who join after 15 can pay social security from next month.

Paragraph 4 of Article 19 of the Labor Contract Law clearly stipulates: "The probation period is included in the term of the labor contract. If the labor contract only stipulates the probation period, the probation period is not established, and this period is the term of the labor contract. " Therefore, employees need to pay social security during the probation period. If the company fails to pay social security to its employees during the probation period, it can report to the local human resources and social security bureau.

Second, flexible employment insurance

Flexible employees refer to those who are employed in flexible forms such as part-time, temporary and flexible work. Non-Beijing hukou cannot apply for flexible employment insurance.

Materials required for insurance of flexible employees in Beijing:

1。 Bank of Beijing debit card (with my 18 ID card), and deposit all pension, unemployment and medical insurance into the debit card;

2。 1 My ID card and its front and back copies (A4);

3。 Please also bring:

(1) 1 inch two bareheaded photos of dark clothes with white background;

(2) 1 copy for the front and back of the ID card, and 1 copy for the front and back of the ID card (a4);

(3) The original residence booklet and copies of the first page, personal page and change page of the residence booklet 1 copy (a4);

Select the payment base standard, fill in the "Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form", and submit the original personal ID card and residence booklet and the required number of copies of the ID card and residence booklet;

Check the printed Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form, and sign the Agreement on Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay Social Insurance Fees and the Agreement on Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay Basic Medical Insurance Fees and Large Medical Mutual Fund.
