1. According to Article 48 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the unemployed participate in the basic medical insurance for employees and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits. 2. According to Article 14 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance, unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance benefits:

(3) Having emigrated;

(four) enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits;

(5) Refusing to accept appropriate jobs or training provided by departments or institutions designated by local people's governments without justifiable reasons.
