The materials are all signed by themselves and fingerprinted;

(3) provide the labor contract of the new unit, or the articles of association of the new enterprise invested by it, or have reached retirement age and need to handle retirement business;

(4) the cancellation certificates of private enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in the industrial and commercial and local tax departments, or the information of "abnormal" business households;

(5) An application form for special personnel reduction in duplicate;

(6) 1 Copy of ID card.
