How to withdraw the social security accumulation fund?

There are restrictions on the withdrawal of housing provident fund, and the following conditions shall be met according to relevant regulations:

1. Take the employee's ID card, social security card and the resignation certificate of the original unit, first go to the original social security bureau to ask for the transfer certificate of basic old-age insurance.

2. Submit the above vouchers, original ID card+copy, and social security card to the currently insured social security bureau, and fill in the application form for the transfer of the insured's basic old-age insurance relationship.

3. The handling personnel of the unit or individual employees shall go to the Provident Fund Center (hereinafter referred to as the Provident Fund Center) for examination and approval with the approval form for individual withdrawal of provident fund together with the original and photocopy of relevant certification materials. After the approval of the provident fund center is completed, the special seal for approval of provident fund shall be affixed to the Approval Form for Individual Withdrawal of Provident Fund filled in by the unit.

4. The handling personnel of the unit or individual employee shall go to the provident fund center where the account is opened to handle the transfer business with the "Approval Form for Individual Withdrawal of Provident Fund" approved by the provident fund center and the "Transfer Certificate of Housing Provident Fund Management Center" filled in and signed by the unit. The provident fund center will transfer the housing provident fund applied by employees to its basic settlement account, and the unit will take it out and distribute it to employees.

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund: In any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in their housing provident fund accounts:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(2) retirement;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income.

In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time. If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.
