After reaching the statutory retirement age of the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, the procedures for connecting the urban and rural old-age insurance system shall be handled in accordance with state regulations.

Article 10 If an active serviceman has participated in the basic old-age insurance before enlisting, his basic old-age insurance relationship and corresponding funds will not be transferred to the army, and the social insurance agency in the original insured place will issue a certificate of insurance payment for him and keep all his insurance payment records.

The soldier himself will submit the payment voucher issued by the social insurance agency of the original insured place to the financial department of the unit where the soldier works for the record.
