Open a bank account

After opening a social security account, give a copy of the account information of ICBC, take the information listed above, open a company social security account at the designated outlets of ICBC listed above, and send the card to the bank seven working days later. (Pay attention to the legal person's signature in advance, or bring the legal person's seal and a copy of the legal person's ID card)

3. The employment of foreign management offices is recorded.

If you are a foreign employee, you need to go through the employment filing procedures at the foreign management office (foreign labor management office) under the jurisdiction of the office.

Fill in the Record Form for Employment of Migrant Workers in duplicate, and affix the official seal. It lists all employees to be insured. If these employees have participated in comprehensive insurance or social security before, there is information in the system and there is no need to fill in other forms.

Employees who have never been insured in Shanghai need two one-inch photos, a copy of their ID cards and two forms:

(1) Personal Basic Information Collection Change Sheet

(2) Post a special photo scanning form.

4. Send the ICBC social security card to the company and log in according to the website written in the online service guide.

User name: organization code (9 digits)

Password: the last six digits of the social security account number.
