3. The employer proposes to terminate the labor contract or is dismissed, removed or expelled by the employer.
4. The labor contract is terminated by the employee himself.
The employing unit forces labor by means of violence, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom;
The employer fails to pay labor remuneration and social insurance premiums in full and on time;
The rules and regulations of the employing unit violate laws, regulations and rules, and damage the rights and interests of workers.
5. The employer proposes to terminate the labor contract with the employee and negotiate with the employee to terminate the labor contract.
