Individual social security process and the required information

The process of social security should be for the person concerned to bring relevant materials to the social security agency to register, and then pay the monthly social security fees. The required materials include: personal information registration form, a copy of ID card, a copy of household register, two one-inch color photos and so on.

Article 2 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China (PRC) The State establishes a social insurance system for basic pension insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance and other social insurance, and guarantees the right of citizens to receive material assistance from the State and society in accordance with the law in the event of old age, sickness, industrial injury, unemployment or maternity.
