There is no need to choose a hospital with a social security card.

There are many hospitals in Beijing where employees do not choose to go directly to see a doctor, such as all traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and all specialized hospitals (as you said, women and children are specialized hospitals).

In addition, 19 a-class designated medical institutions (the list is attached) can go to a doctor for reimbursement, and there is no choice.

Military hospitals and community hospitals cannot be reimbursed if they are not selected, and they should be returned to the hospitals, and there are hospitals near their places of residence and work, which is convenient for medical treatment.

There used to be three big hospitals and one community hospital, but now it is liberalized. It is also possible to choose four community hospitals, because large hospitals can generally seek medical treatment directly, and the reimbursement rate is lower than that of community hospitals.
