The medical insurance card entity card can be applied in Alipay APP, and the specific operation is as follows:

Open Alipay App through Alipay application 1.

Open the mobile phone Alipay and click the "Citizen Center" application on the home page.

2. Click Social Security.

Click the "Social Security" function in the Citizen Center interface.

3. Click on the social security card application.

Click "Social Security Card Application" under service classification in the social security interface.

4. Click Start Processing.

Check the collection agreement in the application interface and click the "Start Processing" button.

5. Click Qualification.

Select the name of the city where the card is to be issued, and click "Qualification Verification" to apply for the entity social security card.

The legal basis is Article 6 of the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on Social Security Cards.

Social security card issuing areas (hereinafter referred to as card issuing areas) should establish standardized human resources and social security business processes, with strong comprehensive coordination between businesses, which can ensure the effective application of social security cards. At the same time, it shall also meet the following technical conditions:

(a) to establish a business management system, database and information network suitable for the use of social security cards.

(two) have the technical force to support the management and application of social security cards, including personnel and equipment, and be able to quickly complete the system layout of social security card applications.

(three) to develop a standardized and feasible implementation plan, including application design plan, cost solution, information collection plan and specific distribution plan.

(four) to establish a scientific and perfect social security card issuance management system and clear internal control procedures, and formulate emergency plans.

(5) Other conditions stipulated by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
