How to query the personal insurance certificate of social security

It can be queried through online query, window query and third-party service platform.

1. Online inquiry: directly log on to the website of the local social security bureau. After registering and logging in, click Query Social Security Details and follow the page prompts to query related information.

2. Window inquiry: The insured person can directly bring the social security card and ID card to the service hall of the local social security bureau to queue up for the number, and then inform the staff of the requirements after taking the number, and directly ask the staff to help with the inquiry.

3. Third-party service platform query: We can query directly on WeChat or Alipay, such as WeChat. After entering WeChat, find the city service, enter relevant personal information according to the page prompts, and then click social security information query to find relevant information.

Take Alipay as an example. After entering Alipay, search for "Citizen Center" in the homepage search bar, then click in and select "Social Security Service", and then select "Print Insurance Certificate".
