The staff of the branches established by this city in other provinces and cities do not belong to the application object of points.

If the holder fails to pay the social insurance premiums of employees in this Municipality normally, and the unit paying social insurance premiums for employees is inconsistent with the unit signing the labor (employment) contract, and the base of social insurance contributions for employees cannot reasonably correspond to the base of individual income tax contributions, it will not be regarded as the integral basis for "working in this Municipality and paying social insurance premiums for employees" and "paying social insurance premiums for employees".
