(III) Relevant regulations on online service of enterprises 1, time limit: declare the social insurance change data of this month through the Internet before the current month 16 (including the current day), and the social security collection department will process the relevant data declared by enterprises online before 17 (including the current day), and the enterprise will declare it on 19 (including the current day). The data declared after 20 days is regarded as the data declared in the next month. 2. Provisions for Submitting Written Statements (1) Print the monthly statement of changes through the online declaration system, affix the official seal of the unit, and sign it by the person in charge of the unit and the handling personnel, and submit it to the social security collection and payment department for the record together with the relevant information of the insured employees within 10 days at the end of each quarter, otherwise the online declaration of eligibility will be stopped. Relevant information of insured employees refers to the household registration book, copy of ID card (original inspection) and copy of job transfer form or graduate introduction letter or recruitment form (original inspection) of the first insured employee; (2) For the business beyond the online operation authority, the enterprise shall report to the front desk of the collection department before 15 of the current month. (IV) Operating instructions of the enterprise online declaration system 1. The social security collection department will only give the "declaration data of this month" for approval. If there is no "confirmation" operation, the social security collection department will not approve it. The reporting enterprise can change or delete the unconfirmed reporting data. 2. In the "Reporting Data of this Month" item, you can view the submitted reporting data that has not been audited by the social security collection department. 3. From the "Failure Data of this Month" item, you can view the failure declaration data after being audited and processed by social security staff. Enterprises should find out the reasons for the failure of reporting data, and report and deal with it in time. 4. "Personal file transfer" refers to the transfer of employees who have participated in social insurance in Shenzhen and have social insurance computer numbers from other units to their own units. 5. Employees who only make salary changes or stop paying should try to avoid the operation of "modifying personal files". 6. Inquire whether the employee is insured, and use the "computer number inquiry" item to inquire through the employee ID card. 7. Make social security cards for insured employees. The operation of "reporting the loss of medical certificate" can take effect without being audited and processed by the social security collection department, and other operations can only take effect after being processed by the social security collection department. The data seen by the enterprise in "registered personnel" is valid data. 9. "File upload" is to export the application data processed by the local computer through the "offline program" to a file, and then upload the file to the Social Security Bureau through the Internet to complete the application. 10. Directly operate the submitted declaration records online, without using the "file upload" operation. After "Submit", perform "Confirm" operation to complete the declaration.
