How to handle social security transfer procedures in different places

Materials to be provided for reimbursement of medical insurance in different places:

1. Transfer certificate issued by the hospital in this city;

2. Take the transfer certificate issued by the hospital to the local and district social security offices (medical insurance offices) for the examination and approval of medical treatment in different places;

3. Original hospitalization invoice of designated hospitals in different places;

4. Original taxi fare list;

5. A valid copy of the inpatient medical record (valid with the official seal of the hospital) 1 copy;

6. Copy of ID card 1 copy.

Reimbursement procedures for overseas visits:

1. Carry the patient ID card, two one-inch color photos and the new rural cooperative medical certificate to the county joint management office for referral and filing procedures;

2. Bring the patient ID card, the certificate of the new rural cooperative medical system and the referral filing procedures to the referral hospital for medical treatment, and go through the hospitalization procedures of the new rural cooperative medical system;

3. After discharge, submit the patient's ID card (or household registration book), new rural cooperative medical certificate, copy of medical records, hospitalization statement (some in the form of invoice), hospitalization expenses list and referral filing procedures to the joint management office for reimbursement.
