Procedures for surrender and collection of social insurance in Dongguan.

This is the condition for Dongguan to surrender. Insured who can collect rural hukou outside the city. If he intends to participate in endowment insurance after leaving the company, he must go through the following procedures:

1, the unit shall go through the formalities of stopping paying social insurance first. (Fill in the Personnel Reduction Form and affix the official seal of the unit)

2. Employees should fill in the Application Form for Retirement One-time Living Allowance for Endowment Insurance and Unemployment Insurance, and affix the official seal of the unit.

3. I hold the original and copy of my ID card to the social security department.

The agent must attach the legal power of attorney (notarial certificate) of the notary office and bring the original and copy of the agent's ID card.
