The fee ticket is transmitted from the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau to the Municipal Labor Settlement Center, and the Municipal Labor Settlement Center is transmitted to the Medical Insurance Bureau. The medical insurance bureau regularly transmits the payment verification data of flexible employees to the labor settlement center once a month.
To sum up, there are many factors that affect retirement pension, which are related to payment years, historical average payment ratio, money in personal account, retirement age and many other aspects. All other factors being equal, if the base of the two contributions is the same, the pension will be the same in the future. It's just that the employee pension insurance unit pays more. If individuals pay, it is better to participate in individual freelance endowment insurance.

The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund.
Employees shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium in accordance with the proportion of wages stipulated by the state and record it in their personal accounts.
Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees who have participated in the basic old-age insurance shall pay the basic old-age insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations and record them in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund and individual accounts respectively.
