Can the provident fund be paid by the company?

Provident funds can be remitted by affiliated companies. Details are as follows:

1. If you work in a company, you can actually negotiate with the company to let the company open a provident fund account for employees to pay the provident fund, or let the company find a human resources company to pay the provident fund. This scheme is also possible;

2. Because social security and provident fund are not required to be paid in the same unit, they can be paid separately. If you work for yourself, you can buy your own provident fund or entrust other human resources companies to pay the provident fund.

Units for housing provident fund deposit registration procedures are as follows:

1. Go to the fund management center of the local finance bureau for deposit registration, fill in the Registration Form for Housing Provident Fund Deposit, and the fund management center will review the applicant and designate the housing provident fund handling bank as required;

2. The registration of housing provident fund deposit shall be accompanied by relevant documents, a copy and photocopy of the business license of the enterprise, and the original and photocopy of the approval documents for the establishment of administrative institutions and other institutions; Original and photocopy of the legal person code certificate; Original and photocopy of the national tax registration certificate;

3. This form is in quadruplicate, and two copies of the registration form are kept after being audited by the Fund Management Center of the Municipal Housing Reform Commission; The unit shall send a copy of the designated provident fund to the bank, and set up the unit account and employee individual account of the housing provident fund with this form; After the establishment of the provident fund account, submit a deposit form and remittance slip of employee housing provident fund to the provident fund handling bank every month.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund.

The housing provident fund management center shall set up a housing provident fund account in the entrusted bank.

The unit shall register the housing provident fund deposit with the housing provident fund management center, and go through the formalities for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for the employees of the unit. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account.

The housing provident fund management center shall establish a detailed account of employee housing provident fund to record the deposit and withdrawal of employee individual housing provident fund.

Article 14

The newly established unit shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, go to the housing provident fund management center for registration of housing provident fund deposit, and within 20 days from the date of registration, go through the formalities for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for its employees.

Where a unit is merged, divided, revoked, dissolved or bankrupt, the original unit or liquidation organization shall, within 30 days from the date of the above-mentioned situation, go to the housing provident fund management center to handle the change or cancellation of registration, and handle the transfer or seal-up procedures for the employees of the unit within 20 days from the date of completing the change or cancellation of registration.
