2. Pay in the name of an individual:
Self-employed individuals can bring their ID cards to the service window of the social security center where their registered permanent residence is located. Pay social security in the name of an individual, but you can only pay two insurances: endowment insurance and medical insurance. Can't pay work-related injury, unemployment and maternity insurance. In other words, self-employed individuals can pay social security maternity insurance for employees or individuals as long as they open social security accounts. Self-employed individuals who pay social security by themselves may not pay maternity insurance. This must be clear to everyone.
Two, maternity insurance reimbursement process is as follows:
1. Go to the hospital where the baby was born and copy the discharge certificate (about 40 pages). Discharge certificate, hospital medical record.
2. Prepare the Medical Birth Certificate for the birth of the child, and make 1 copy.
3. Prepare the child's birth certificate and make 1 copy.
4. A copy of the ID card of the child's parents. Photocopying requirements: The front of the parents' ID card must be copied to an A4 piece of paper.
5. After preparing a copy of the above requirements, go to the maternity insurance section of the local social security bureau (Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) to declare and fill in the "Approval Form for Maternity Insurance for Municipal Urban Workers".
6. Fill in: approval form and catalogue of maternity insurance benefits for municipal urban workers. Unit, reporting time, and spouse's ID number and social security personal file. Days of maternity leave, declared amount and maternity allowance.
7. After the "Approval Form for Maternity Insurance for Municipal Urban Workers" is completed, it shall be in duplicate (one copy can be made after completion), and it shall be filled in the comments column of the unit and stamped with the official seal. Fill in the company-related information in the column of bank and account, account name and contact telephone number.
8. After filling in and stamping, submit the prepared materials to the maternity insurance section of the local social security bureau, and the staff will inform you that the receipt will be approved 30 days later. After waiting for about 30 days, I went to the declaration place and took another "Approval Form for Maternity Insurance Treatment of Municipal Urban Workers", and found that it had the approval opinions of the Social Security Bureau and the signature or seal of the audit column.
9. After receiving the receipt, it will take about 5 working days, and the relevant maternity insurance benefits will be paid to the unit and account number filled in the form. Then go to the unit to get a receipt and get maternity insurance.
To sum up, maternity insurance is generally paid directly by the unit, but reasonable reimbursement needs to be deducted from the individual salary account when the employee gives birth. It should be noted that maternity insurance reimbursement should be handled according to the actual situation. Maternity insurance has a certain scope of reimbursement, and related drugs or items beyond the scope of reimbursement can be borne by themselves.
