Xuzhou Social Security Temporary Card Handling Process

Handling materials

1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card or household registration book (household registration certificate);

2. The agent shall also provide his/her resident identity card or household registration book (household registration certificate) and the original and photocopy of the valid certificate of relationship with the applicant.

3. Overseas personnel or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel shall provide the original and photocopy of valid certificates such as passports.

Treatment process

1, the insured individual shall go to the banking service window with his personal ID card to receive the Xuzhou Social Security Card Application Registration Form.
